Integration:
Childs Pose ; Bowing down on the ground over bent knees.
-Arms stretched forward with the palms pressing down into the mat
-Hips pressing back towards the heels.
Downward Facing Dog; Upside down V
-Triads of the palms press into the mat as the upper arm bones externally
rotate.
-Hips lifted toward the sky, inner thighs pressing towards the back of
your mat.
-Press down through the hands to lift and lengthen through the tailbone.
Rag Doll; Forward fold, holding opposite elbows
-Feet hip width apart
-Ten toes spread, pressing down through the four corners of both
feet.
- Tips of the shoulder blades pressing into the spine
Awakening:
-Extended mountain pose ; stand tall reaching all ten fingertips
-lift the pelvis up towards the belly button
-draw the low ribs in towards each other.
-Forward fold, to a half way lift ; long spine from the crown of the head to
the tailbone.
